Ordering Information & Instructions

The LodgeNet web store offers the following payment options: Purchase order (for existing customers and large ticket items), Order by credit card (phone or fax order only), Terms (Please contact us in advance for credit authorization).

How to place an order:

 

Option #1 - To place an order via fax: Select "Order Now" to be directed to the online order form.  You may print and fax the form to 770-933-2070 or 404-592-4058. There is no need to include a cover sheet, however, all required form fields must be entered to process the order - product name, sku, price quantity, contact (including email address), ship to,bill to, method of shipping,etc (see form for required fields). 

 

Option #2 - To place a telephone order: Select the items you wish to order from the product pages and contact our main sales and marketing line at 404-592-4058.  If no one is available to take your call, then please leave a detailed message with a phone/cell number or email address.

  • Required Order Form Fields: In order to complete all orders the following fields must be completed: First name, last name, contact phone number, email address, all "bill to" and "ship to" fields, product name, sku, price quantity, and method of shipping.

     ·    Payment Options:

Credit Card - If you would like for us to process your order using a credit card your options are:   1. record your credit card information on the PDF order form and fax the form to 770-933-2070 or 404-592-4058, 2. check the field on the order form marked "credit card call back" and we will contact you, or 3. call our Sales & Marketing line at 404-592-4058 and request payment using your credit card. If no one is available to take your call, simply leave a message to request a call back and include only your contact information. Please do not leave your credit card information on the voicemail. You may also email your request for a call back to store@stayonline.net      

Net 30-day terms  -  Only LodgeNet serviced hotels may exercise Net 30 day terms.    

Purchase Orders:  All Orders of $500 + will require a purchase order. Existing  LodgeNet customers may use this option and have the amount added to their quarterly support bill.

Suggested Products:  

To ensure you are getting the most value for your purchase, we will occasionally suggest other products we feel may increase the efficiency of your network or other equipment. 

Related Products:

These products are directly related to the equipment or parts for which you are purchasing and are essential to the function of your equipment or parts

Non-functioning equipment:

If you have equipment that does not work, simply contact our hotel technical support team at 877-305-2894 or send an email to support@stayonline.net.  An RMA (return authorization agreement) will be honored depending on the equipment, warranty status, support contract, and date of purchase. 

Warranties:

All LodgeNet equipment offers the standard manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions will vary depending on the manufacturer.

Returns: All returned items are subject to a re-stocking fee and must be examined before returned item is accepted back into inventory. Returned items will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.  Damaged equipment due to obvious physical abuse will not be accepted.  Most
