LodgeNet's Conference Services Division (CSD), a part of LodgeNet's Professional Services Group, supports its customers by offering fixed-price services, dedicated field management, a highly trained and service-oriented customer care team, and Cisco®-certified network engineering staff.  With over 2000 hotels deployed, LodgeNet has an established this division to provide high-speed Internet services (HSIS) in meeting and conference environments.  In 2005, with a growing portfolio of convention hotels, LodgeNet expanded their department of specialists to focus on the growing meeting room high-speed Internet services (HSIS) market. 

Unmatched in the hospitality networking industry for experience and technical know-how, LodgeNet has worked with customers and meeting planners alike to create innovative solutions to their networking needs.  The main focus of the Conference Services Division is to proactively offer industry-leading customer service to hotel guests and meeting event attendees as well as to facilitate maximizing revenue generation from hotel-based conference and meeting events.
